I've worked in this space from almost every angle — as a volunteer, as a freelancer, and in-house as part of a charity's media team.
I've travelled to Uganda, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Indonesia, Kenya, Bangladesh and Ethiopia, I started this coaching work because I kept seeing the same thing: talented, passionate people making films in this space who just needed someone with field experience to sit down with them, look at their work honestly, and help them figure out what to do next.
