In February I traveled to volunteer in Uganda and Ethiopia to produce four documentaries for local charities. The purpose of these documentaries is to empower local organisations in the work they are already doing.

I am a film maker and graphic designer from Perth, Australia. This will be my second trip to East Africa after a three month volunteer trip to Uganda in 2017.

A children's home in Kampala, Uganda which takes care of abandoned children, providing healthcare, education and a safe home.
A rural primary school in Uganda which offers low cost education to many orphans and disadvantaged children who cannot afford normal school fees.
An organisation which works to empower locals to end harmful traditional practices such as genital mutilation and child marriages, working to empower women in Ethiopia. Throurgh EthiopiAid we worked with APDA and AWSAD, which work to empower pastoralists and women.
An organisation which works with local farmers to produce healthy and sustainable environmental practices for a growing population.
